By purchasing a ticket to this workshop, I agree that I will not hold Kindred Presets, Mary Costa, or their employees responsible for any loss of property, physical harm, or monetary loss. I understand that it is my responsibility to book my own travel to the workshop, and I will not hold Kindred Presets or Mary Costa responsible should I encounter any issues with my travel, including, but not limited to, missing my flight, flight delays/cancellation, etc.

By purchasing a ticket to this workshop, you grant Kindred Presets and Mary Costa the irrevocable right to use photographs in all forms, in all media and in all manners, without any restrictions. You authorize Kindred and Mary Costa to use and to license others to use such photographs in any manner or media whatsoever, including without limitation unrestricted use for purposes of publicity, advertising, trade, sales promotion, exhibition, and for any other lawful purpose; to use, reuse, publish, and republish the photographs in whole or in part, individually or in connection with other material, in any and all medium or media now or hereafter known, including the internet, and for any purpose whatsoever, specifically including illustration, promotion, art, editorial, advertising, and trade, without restriction as to alteration and without inspection or approval. Kindred and Mary Costa can grant use of the images to third parties, and all compensation for use and credit for the images remain the property of Kindred Presets and Mary Costa. You acknowledge that Kindred and Mary Costa own all rights to the results and proceeds in connection with the use of the photographs, and under no circumstances shall you be entitled to restrain or in any way interfere with the distribution, exhibition, or exploitation of the photographs, the rights granted therein, or the use, publication, dissemination, or any advertising issued in connection therewith, and you hereby irrevocably waive any right to equitable or injunctive relief. It is expressly understood and agreed that the possibility of unknown claims exists and has been explicitly taken into account. You hereby release and forever discharge Kindred and Mary Costa from any and all claims and demands that may arise out of or in connection with the use of the photographs, including without limitation any and all claims for libel, violation of copyright laws, or violation of any right of publicity or privacy. This authorization and release shall also insure to the benefit of the heirs, legal representatives, licensees, owners, and assigns of Kindred Presets and Mary Costa.
